All orders placed on kashmirblossom.com are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 working days from the date of order and/or successful payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, subject to courier company norms, serviceability of your location, weather conditions and other logistical factors.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services, depending on your delivery location and service availability.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your address, pin code and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts.
Once your order is shipped, you may receive an update on your registered email ID or mobile number (where applicable), as provided at the time of checkout.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kashmir Blossom shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural events, strikes, disruptions, etc.).
Any shipping cost(s) displayed or charged at checkout are based on your location, order weight and ongoing promotions. These charges, where applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases where an error is clearly attributable to us.
In case the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional reshipment charges may apply if you wish to have the order resent.
