Return / Exchange Policy

We offer a return or exchange within the first 24 hours from the date of delivery. If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid order receipt / proof of purchase is required.
  • Sale / discounted / promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Only items that are defective or damaged on arrival will be replaced after verification. Certain categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene, safety or regulatory reasons. Such information will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If your exchange request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5 working days.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been processed, packed or shipped by our logistics partners.

Damaged / Defective Product

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer support team within 12 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Your request will be verified once the returned item is checked by our team.
  • If the product received is not as described or not as expected, please inform us within 12 hours of receipt and we will review the concern fairly.
  • For any product covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved by Kashmir Blossom, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 working days. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
